What does "fresh food" mean?
At Oslo, all of our ingredients are certified for human consumption. Our food is all gently cooked preserving important nutrients. No processing, organic food without extrusion. Our food is cooked, packaged, shipped, and delivered fresh to your door.
Who created the recipes?
Crafted by Board Certified Veterinary Nutritionists, our carefully thought out and precisely formulated recipes have been created to provide a healthy, balanced diet for dogs. We have several tailored recipes for dogs of all shapes and sizes so complete our short survey and find the right recipe for your pup.
Where do you get your ingredients?
We source our foods from the same suppliers that other human food purveyors use. From local farms to sustainable suppliers and other reputable suppliers. We don't use the feed-grade ingredients that other companies do. We also incorporate our special blend of nutrients that includes Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Iron, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Choline, and Taurine.
Do your recipes include legumes, peas, or potatoes?
No. None of our recipes include legumes, peas, or potatoes of any kind dues to recent studies mentioning linkages to DCM (Canine Dilated Cardiomyopathy).
Does your food meet AAFCO standards?
All of our recipes exceed the standards of the AAFCO's (Association of American Feed Control Officials) Dog and Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages.
How does it work?
When you sign up we create a personalized meal plan for your pet. When you place an order you choose the frequency of your deliveries and we will deliver fresh food to your dog automatically so you never need to remember to place an order. If plans change or you go away, you can easily make changes to pause, cancel, or delay upcoming orders in Oslo's portal under My Subscriptions.
How much does it cost?

How long does it take?
All of our products are shipped overnight so if you need to reschedule on order or get food quickly, you have 48 hours before the order is shipped to reschedule or make any changes to an order. You can receive food 2 days after placing an order.
Can I buy food a la carte?
If subscription doesn't work for your or you just need a one off package sent to a different address, no problem, you can make one time purchase in our online store as well.
What happens if my dog doesn't like it?
We are not able to accept returns since our meals are fresh and perishable but if your dog doesn't lick the bowl clean we offer a 100% refund on your first order.
